摘要
月經量少是指月經經血排出量明顯減少，甚至於點滴即淨；或行經時間過短，不足兩天，經量也因而減少者，稱為月經過少。中醫治療月經過少，依照發病機理分虛實之不同，而可分為血虛、腎虛、血寒、氣滯與痰阻……等數種證型，再依照辨證論治原則進一步治療。 筆者曾遇過一名患者，因月經血量突然變少，自行於中藥房買了四物湯補身體，服用之後並沒有改善。於是求助於某中醫師進行治療，此位中醫師用十全大補湯與補中益氣湯等加減為這位患者調理身體將近三個月，患者月經血量依然稀少，經行時間不足兩天，點滴即淨，自己都不知道月經是否來襲？後來經筆者診斷，認為患者有肝鬱化火與瘀症的情形，於是改以疏肝涼血與活血化瘀為原則進行治療，自此之後月經即正常來襲。

Clinically an obvious syndrome of little bleeding is regarded as hypomenorrhea. In this case, either menstrual irregularity or amenorrhea might occur. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnostics, the origin of Hypomenorrhea can be traced back to the constitution of weak or strong. Listed some symptoms as blood deficient, kidney deficient, chill in blood, qizhi, and damp phlegm with qi stasis … etc. Patients will receive the treatment subject to their individual conditions. One patient of mine, who undergone a sudden decreasing amount of menstruation, bought herself Si Wu Tang in Chinese Herbs store. Unfortunately there was no significant improvement in her health condition. She had no choice but to turn to some traditional Chinese medicine doctor. The doctor prescribed Ten Herbal Soup and Reinforcing middle Energizer & Replenishing Soup for her condition and this treatment has the duration of 3 months or so. Strangely enough, the condition where the amount of menstruation is still very small and the menstrual period is short. The patient has received my treatment that had shown stagnation of the liver Qi accompanied by blood stasis. I treated her by the prescription for removing liver Qi and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis. Later her period is back to normal.
