左歸丸加味治療圍絕經期綜合症的臨床研究

摘要
目的：圍絕經期綜合症又稱更年期綜合症，中醫稱為經斷前後諸證，或絕經前後諸證，是婦女由生育期向老年階段過渡時期的常見病，影響患者工作、學習及生活，並可能出現嚴重症狀，對婦女身心及其家庭造成極大困擾。因此，對本病的預防及治療具有重要的社會及臨床意義。為探討中藥對本病的治療效果，根據圍絕經綜合症腎虛為本的病理特點，選用左歸丸加味進行臨床研究。方法：本研究以左歸丸加味對33例腎陰虛型或腎陰陽兩虛偏腎陰虛型圍絕經期綜合症患者進行治療，採用治療前後自身對照方法，制定證候觀察評分表統一評分，計算治療前後總積分值，評定療效。結果：33例患者中，治癒3例（9.09%），顯效16例（48.48%），有效10例（30.30%），無效4例（12.12%），總有效率87.87%。本方改善烘熱、汗出、煩躁易怒、抑鬱寡歡等圍絕經期綜合症的主要症狀的療效明顯，在整個治療過程中並未發現有明顯副作用。結論：研究結果支持，根據中醫理論，以中藥治療圍絕經期綜合症既有效又安全。

Menopausal Syndrome, which is a common disease in the interim before or after menopause, affects women's work and life. Hence the preventions and treatments are of importance in clinic and society. Objective: The curative effect of modified Zuogui pellet on Menopausal Syndrome of deficiency of kidney yin or deflecting yin in this study. Method: The observations and tallies on the 33 outpatients before and after the treatment had been carried out. Result: Symptoms are improved and no remarkable side effects are found. The cure rate was 9.09% (3 cases); the rate of producing effect was 48.48% (16 cases); the rate of efficacious was 30.30% (10 cases); the rate of no avail was 12.12% (4 cases). Conclusion: It is accepted that the kidney-qi dominates the growth and senescence of human body. Kidney essence is often deficient and kidney qi declines before and after the menopause. The a series of disorders of perimenopause will occur if the Ying and Yang of kidney will loss balance and then visceral dysfunction will be induced. Women are always insufficiency of blood in their life during the periods of menstruation, pregnancy and production. So Zuogui pellet, which may nourish Yin and supplement kidney, is used to cure the patients with asthenia of renal effectively and safely.
