摘要

本文分別由中、西醫的觀點出發，討論冷氣造成的頭痛。從西醫的偏頭痛、緊張性頭痛和叢集性頭痛看起，再和中醫的古書記載作比較，求出其中的相同處。提出冷氣頭痛與中醫的風寒、風濕、風熱頭痛有關，並以發汗、和解為處理法，討論其中的可與不可。

This paper discusses the headache caused by air conditioning from the viewpoint of Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. Compare the migraine, tension headache and cluster headache of Western Medicine to the record of ancient book of Chinese Medicine, to find out the same part among them. Propose that the air conditioning headache has something to do with the cold, rheumatism, fever headache of Chinese Medicine. The sweating and conciliating are used as the treatment method, and their feasibility is discussed.
