中草藥複方精油MA3B緩解經痛之研究

摘要

「月經」是婦女天生的生理特質，但為數不少的婦女飽受經痛的困擾，西醫常以荷爾蒙與止痛藥來減輕經痛症狀，但其副作用使得並非每個人都適用這些藥物。當歸是我國臨床使用頻率最高的中藥之一，以補血活血、調經止痛的功能著稱，本公司結合中醫中藥理論以及芳香療法，開發以當歸精油為主成份之MA3B複方精油，並以體內及體外實驗，驗證其具有抑制子宮平滑肌收縮及舒緩小鼠經痛的能力，且可以減低血小板含量、提高紅血球及血紅素含量，顯示其具有活血與補血能力，且安定性佳。因此本公司所開發之MA3B複方精油有助於改善經期的不適。

Menstruation is one physical characteristic of women. But, many women suffer from dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain). In the western medicine, dysmenorrhea is typically treated with medicine such as hormone and analgesics. It has been showed that chronic use of these drugs treating inflamrnatory disorders is associated with significant adverse effects. As one of the most used Chinese herbal medicines in treatment of dysmenorrhea, Chinese angelica is famous for its functions of activating blooding, relieving pain, regulating menstruation and engendering blood. With the combination of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and aromatherapy, this Company used Chinese agelica as the major ingredient and successfully developed the compound essential oil MA3B. The in vitro and in vivo experiments showed that MA3B can effectively inhibit the contraction of rat uterine smooth muscles and ease dysmenorrhea of the rat. Through inhibiting platelet activation, increasing erythrocytes counts and hemoglobin concentration, MA3B with good stability has improvement of the blood counts and the function of engendering blood. Our compound essential oil MA3B is helpful to relieve the menstruation period ill symptom.
