摘要

便秘有多種，據中醫辨證綱要可分為，熱秘、寒秘、氣秘、虚秘、風秘等。臨床上有些便秘患者是起因於脾虛體質，可以歸類於寒秘或虛秘；寒證便秘使用苦寒瀉下劑，即所謂「虛其虛」此為誤治。今有一例是脾腎陽虛體質的便秘，選用溫藥瀉下，療效滿意，故提供醫案請同道參考指正。

According to the syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine, the occurrence of constipation is caused by pathogenic heat, deficiency of Yang, stagnation of Qi, deficiency of Qi and blood, and wind evil. The patients with more symptoms of deficiency of Yang or deficiency of Qi and blood are diagnosed as the pattern of spleen vacuity weakness. Using cold purgative formula for the treatment of constipation with symptoms of Yang deficiency is erroneous. A case with spleen-kidney yang vacuity was treated with warm purgative formula and got beneficent therapeutic effects. With this case study, we try to offer a new direction for discussion.
