摘要

鼻咽癌放射治療產生的副作用，可用中藥輔助治療，本文將之分為1.皮膚損傷， 2.口腔、咽喉粘膜損傷，3.鼻咽粘膜損傷，4.耳損傷，5.軟組織纖維化及顳頜關節功能障礙，6.放射性腦、脊髓病，7.全身反應等七大項，並輔以一節放射治療增敏作用，列舉各內服、外用中藥，皆具臨床實踐意義。

Chinese medicine adjuvant treatment can be used on the side effects of nasopharyngeal cancer radiotherapy. The discussion of this study includes seven parts: skin damage, oral and throat mucosa damage, injury of nasal mucosa, aural injury, soft tissue fibrosis and temporomandibular joint dysfunction, irradiation induced cerebral and spinal lesion, and systemic inflammatory reaction. In addition, we also introduce the radiotherapy sensitization effects, and the related oral drug and application of traditional Chinese herbs. This study showed the significance of clinical practice.
