摘要

積聚、癥瘕是說在身體有牢固之增生物，有的軟塊腫脹，施以外力推動就會轉移位置，有時聚有時散，有的堅固不移，就是外力也無法推動，這些症狀大多是組織細胞增生或肥大，或細胞癌腫。前者多良性，後者為惡性，二者預後不一。
然可攻下者較能治，若免疫力、體力不良不堪攻下的患者很難治好。也有血液凝固障礙成塊而成血腫瘤，有時會造成阻塞在任何部位，就是血癥。

Mass or Uterus Sarcoma is some kind of neoplasm swollen in the body. Some is soft, swollen and movable. Take either polymeric or disperse forms. Some of them are hard, solid and external influence fails to move as well. All these symptoms represent the occurrence of an enlarged or swollen structural genes, or cell carcinoma. The former is mostly benignant, and the latter is malignant. Both after healing effects will differ.
We are more optimistic about the movable mass. Nevertheless, if immunodeficiency or poor stamina occurs, the patient will be probably beyond cure. In addition, hindrance to blood coagulation forms blood masses, in this case, some clots may occur anywhere. This is what we call blood mass.
