摘要
川芎茶調散出自宋•陳冰鷗、陳慶平校注之《太平惠民和劑局方》，功效為疏風止痛，主要用於風邪頭痛，主治外感風邪頭痛，偏正頭痛，或巔頂頭痛，惡寒發熱，目眩，鼻塞，舌苔薄白，脈浮之症。以此為基礎，加減方廣泛應用於治療麻疹、鼻竇炎、急性腎炎、各種頭痛、三叉神經痛、風濕性關節炎，市售各種感冒糖漿、止頭痛藥物，多為川芎茶調散，或其加減方，川芎茶調散作用類似西藥Acetaminophan paracetamol，但安全性高，適合做為各類頭痛預防與治療用藥。

The Chuanxiong Chatiao San was derived from the book of ”TaiPinHeiMinHoChi ChuiFan” of Song Dynasty, which was edited by BinOhu Chen and Chin-Ping Chen. Its function is to relieve pain by dispersing wind, headache due to cold, deflected headache, aversion to cold, fever, dizziness, stuffy nose, white fur, and floating pulse etc. According to this basis, it can be widely used to treat measles, sinus inflammation, acute nephritis, various headache, trigeminal neuralgia, and rheumatoid arthritis etc. The various commercial cold syrup and headache relieving medicine is made up of Chuanjiong Chatiao San. The function of Chuanjiong Chatiao San is similar to Acetaminophan paracetamol. But it is much safer and suitable to be used to prevent and treat headache.
