十味敗毒散的臨床運用

摘要

對於種種疾病的看法，中醫學採取“辨證論治”，而日本漢方著重於“隨證治療”，兩者內涵雖不相同，但都強調“證”的重要性。對於皮膚病症而言，漢方所採取的治療方法亦把握“證”這個重點來斟酌用藥。
十味敗毒散出自日本江戶年代，華岡青洲方，功效爲怯風化濕、清熱解毒，主治風、濕、熱三邪所夾雜所致之皮膚搔癢及初期的瘡瘍腫毒，惡寒發熱，苔膩或黃膩，脈浮數或濡。以十味敗毒散爲基礎，加減方使用則爲：加金銀花、土茯苓可治風寒濕毒，加黃耆、當歸可治癰疽瘡癤，合升麻葛根湯可治麻疹濕疹，合托裹消毒散治瘡瘍腫痛，合黃連解毒湯治癰疽腫熱。

When it comes to disease, the therapy of distinguish disease and syndrome to treat is the essence of the traditional Chinese medicine. Conversely, the traditional Japanese herbal formula is aimed at the therapy of following syndrome to treat. Buplcurum & Schizonepcta Formula originated from Hanaoka Seishu in the Edo Period of the Japanese history. Its medical function is to clear away heat and away toxic materials, expel wind. It can be used to cure pruritus, ulcer and accelerate heal caused by wind, heat and wet. Based on Bupleurum & Schizonepeta Formula, you can add Lonicera Japonica, Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae for flu cure, add Chinese Angelica and Astragalus to treat carbuncle and furuncle, mix with Cimicifuga & Pueraria Combination to treat eczema and measles, mix with Gleditsia Combination to treat ulcer, mix with Coptis & Scute to carbuncle.
