Three Cases for Early Diagnosis in Ovarian Tumor by Pulse Diagnosis in Chinese Medicine

摘要

一名48歲的婦人因鼻過敏求診中醫，脈診中發現其兩側尺脈呈現病理脈，加上患者有乳癌的家族病史，屬於卵巢癌的高危險群，建議到西醫婦科進一步檢查，結果早期發現了卵巢癌。一位婦女在兩年前發現尺脈的病理脈，卻疏忽未能作婦科檢查，兩年後不幸經CT檢查發現罹患二期卵巢癌。一位婦女月經後的一側尺脈實滿，建議超音波檢查，查出五公分大的良性腫瘤。

A forty-eight years old woman looked for traditional Chinese medicine treatment for allergic rhinitis. According to the pulse diagnosis, her Pulse Chi had abnormal pulse signs. Due to her family history of breast cancer, it was highly recommended that she should go to the department of gynecology for further checkups. Then, her ovarian cancer was found early. Another women's pulse Chi also had been found having abnormal sings two years ago. But she didn't look for further checkups. After two years, unfortunately, by means of CT checkup, her doctor found that she got the second stadium cancer of ovaries. The other woman's pulse Chi was found having excess signal after her menstrual cycle. She was recommended to get GYN echo and a benign tumor of 5cm has been found.
