傅青主定經湯加減治療因子宮內膜腺肌瘤樣瘜肉所導致子宮異常出血醫案一例報告
Treatment with Modified Ding-Jing-Tang for Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding Caused by Endometrial Polyps-A Case Report
摘要
月經淋漓是一種婦女子宮異常出血的困擾病症。經血滴滴答答10多天雖然不致對健康造成立即的危險與威脅，常造成了婦女生活上的不便並影響其生活品質，而子宮內膜瘜肉是導致婦女子宮異常出血的原因之一，過去中醫典籍對此類月經淋漓並無太多的描述。本病案是一名38歲女性，因為子宮內膜腺肌瘤樣瘜肉導致月經淋漓10多天，經西醫荷爾蒙治療後效果不佳，而求助於中醫療法，在服用傅青主定經湯加減方後，月經淋漓痊癒，並從陰道排出直徑3公分的子宮內膜腺肌瘤樣瘜肉。本案提示了傅青主定經湯加減方對於治療子宮內膜腺肌瘤樣瘜肉所致的月經淋漓為一合適的處方。

Dysfunctional uterine bleeding which is the most common cause of abnormal vaginal bleeding can have a substantial financial and quality-of-life burden. Endometrial polyps appear to be affected by hormone levels and grow in response to circulating estrogen resulting in irregular menstrual bleeding, bleeding between menstrual periods, and excessively heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia). Without appropriate diagnostic tool, there was no document about this disease and its treatment in ancient Chinese medical books. A 38-year-old woman who has an adenomyomatous polyp with a diameter of 3 centimeters suffered from a heavy and prolonged menstrual bleeding. She sought for medical advice from traditional Chinese medicine due tounsolved prolonged menstrual period for ten more days per cycle after 3-month hormonal treatment. Abnormal vaginal bleeding was no longer perceived after five-day modified Ding-Jing-Tang treatment and, surprisingly, the expelled adenomyomatous polyp was found in the subsequent gynecological examination. Therefore, we infer that Chinese herbal medicine might be as an alternative therapy for relieving polyp-induced abnormal vaginal bleeding.
