酸性透析濃縮液中央供應系統簡介

Introduction to the Central Delivery System of Acidic Concentrate for Hemodialysis

摘要


血液透析治療每次都需使用大約120 L的透析液,才能有效的清除尿毒素。透析液的來源為桶裝濃縮液。醋酸濃縮液與重碳酸鈉濃縮液再由透析機依比例稀釋調配成透析液。當桶裝濃縮液吸空時會造成透析中斷而影響患者的廓清效果。中央供液系統是將濃縮液或已調配完成的透析液,經由供液系統裝置輸送給血液透析機使用,優點是可避免透析液供應中斷,增加操作的便利性。本文介紹酸性透析濃縮液的中央供液系統,並提供系統的維護方式供作參考。

In order to remove the uremic toxin effectively, hemodialysis patients need more than 120 L of dialysate for each treatment. The source of dialysate is concentrate canisters. Acetic acid concentrate and sodium bicarbonate concentrate are prepared into hemodialysis solution by dilution in proportion in dialysis mixing and dilution for proportion pump by dialysis machine. When the concentrate canister is empty, dialysis therapy will be interrupted and the clearance would be reduced. The concentrated liquid or the dialysate that has been dispatched can be conveyed to the dialysis machine by the central delivery system. Therefore, the interruption of dialysate supply can be avoided and the convenience of operation would be increased. This paper introduces the central delivery system of acidic dialysate concentrate, and provides the maintenance measures of the system for reference.
