視覺動勢(Visual Movement),又稱為動態或運動感,泛指任何事物能被人類視網膜所察覺到的動態性、力量性與平衡性。基本上,它們同時也存在於各種視覺藝術表現形式當中。自古以來,眾多的視覺藝術皆在追求生命力的歷程,而最常表現生命力的手法則以視覺動勢的呈現最為普遍,許多的藝術家於藝術上所追求的意境,幾乎與視覺動勢都脫離不了關係。因此如果可以具體定義出這些視覺動勢的相關原則,或許對平面設計的作品精確性有其助益。研究目的乃探討視覺動勢於平面設計上的視覺原理與構成心理應用,並嘗試定義出視覺動勢之視覺原則,提供在設計上的參考。在研究方法與限制上,由於涵蓋範圍太廣,因此藉由文獻歸納與資料分析法,主要探討方向是以平面設計、海報設計、繪畫等範疇為主。最後在結論上,本研究共歸納出十項視覺動勢原則,分別為自發動力之情境原則、頻閃運動之連續原則、誘導運動之相對原則、眞實運動之主體性原則、相對運動之客觀性原則、物體運動之力量性原則、楔形運動之方向性原則、渦旋運動之迴轉性原則、定向運動之張力性原則、平衡運動之注目性原則。
Visual Movement is also called as moving state or motion feeling, i.e. widely meaning moving state, power and balance of anything or anyone that could be observed by human retina. Since time immemorial, many artists seeking for mood on art almost have relation with visual movement. Therefore, if the related principle of visual movement could be concretely defined, it may benefit the precision of graphic design. The purpose of this study is to discuss visual movement against visual theory and constructive psychology in plane design, and try to make definition visual movement principle. On our research manner and restriction, discussing direction is mainly focusing on the category of plane design, post design and drawing etc. through literature induction, data analysis and observation. At conclusion, there are ten principles of visual movement.
