不孕併內膜異位症術後患者經中醫治療成功自然受孕案例

摘要

本案例為30歲女性，職業為西醫診所助理，結婚三年未曾懷孕。在接受左側巧克力囊腫、子宮內膜異位及骨盆腔沾粘切除及剝離術後，因不想接受人工生殖，而至中醫門診治療。治療方式在調周法原則下，經後期採用滋養陰血搭配活血化瘀、清利濕熱中藥，高溫期採助陽補肝腎。搭配量測基礎體溫。在一個月科學中藥治療下成功自然懷孕。

This 30-year-old female clinic assistant prepared for pregnancy for 3 years but in vain. After examination, she was diagnosed left chocolate cyst and endometriosis with adhesion. She came to our Chinese clinic for help after laparoscopy surgery of left ovary cystectomy and adhesiolysis. She was pregnant by treated with concentrated herbal extract granules for one month according to Chinese medicine theory with basal body temperature.
