This patient, a 54-year-old female, felt vaginal dryness after hysterectomy 10 years ago because of 2 to 3 degrees of uterus prolapse. Her daily routine was not interrupted until 2019. The palpitations, irritation, and insomnia happened for 1 to 2 year. The patient visited traditional Chinese medicine clinic on the 21st of January 2020. TCM diagnosis was incoordination between heart and kidney. The treatment goals were nourishing yin, reducing fire, and restoring normal coordination between heart and kidney. The therapeutic effect of TCM on palpitations was remarkable, so we demonstrated the experience in this case report for clinical reference and application.
