從肺論治反覆性著床失敗病例報告
Treatment in Recurrent implantation failure based on traditional Chinese medicine viscera view of lung: A case report
摘要
反覆性著床失敗（Recurrent implantation failure; RIF）是指40歲以下女性在至少3個新鮮或冷凍週期中移植至少4個優質胚胎後未能達到臨床懷孕（人類絨毛膜性腺激素β-HCG>25mlU/mL，或者尿妊娠試驗陽性）。成功懷孕的因素包括健康的胚胎，良好的子宮環境與適合胚胎發育的子宮內膜，正常的荷爾蒙分泌或補充，無自體免疫系統排斥的問題，研究顯示35歲女性，重複、反覆植入染色體整倍體（euploidy）胚胎三次失敗的機率小於5%。本篇病例報告介紹一個反覆植入優質胚胎失敗7次的案例，利用月經周期療法搭配中醫臟腑調節，配合西醫自然週期植入療程，達到成功受孕的目的。

Recurrent implantation failure refers to failure to achieve a clinical pregnancy after transfer of at least four good-quality embryos in a minimum of three fresh or frozen cycles in a woman under the age of 40 years. Factors for a successful pregnancy include a healthy embryo, a good uterine environment and an endometrium suitable for embryonic development, normal hormone secretion or supplementation, and no autoimmune rejection problems. Studies have shown that RIF probability is less than 5%. This article introduces a case who had failed 7 times high-quality embryos implantation in the past three years. Use menstrual cycle therapy combined with TCM viscera regulation to achieve successful pregnancy.
