測顱術參數量測系統的建立

Abstracts


測顱術是評估患者的顏面骨骼及上呼吸道的軟組織結構不可或缺的工具,而標記點定位是測顱術分析時產生誤差的一大主因。爲提高測顱術界標記點定位的可信度與效率,本研究建立了一個半自動的測顱術參數測量系統,能更快速及準確的取得測顱術的參數值,此一測量系統和北部某教學醫院的數位影像儲傳系統附帶的測量工具所獲得的參數值進行對比測試時,不僅量測時間縮短、標記點定位修正更改容易、測試結果參數值的一致性也頗高(相關係數的範圍值於0.903~0.998之間)。證實此一測量系統可更爲快速而精確的取得標記點定位,並可將標記點和原有影像融合儲存,以利進行後續修正評估之用。

Cephalometry is an important tool to evaluate the craniofacial skeletal and soft tissue structure of upper airway. Mis-identification of landmark in the process of lateral cephalometric film tracing creates major errors in cephalometric analysis. In order to increase the validity and efficiency of the cephalometric parameter tracing, a semi-automatic cephalometric measurement system is designed in this study. Landmark identification and cephalometric parameters accuracy comparison between this semi-automatic system and PACS measurement system from hospital shows statistically significant coincidence with coefficients of correlation between 0.903 and 0.998. Using this semi-automatic measurement system to estimate the cephalometric parameters can achieve better performance, better validity as well as better efficiency.
