摘要


要建立產生高品質影像的放射照相技術選擇準則,是一件相當困難的工作,因為要界定X光影像的品質並不容易,有許多因素會相互交錯影響X光影像的品質,必須尋找一個具有精確性且普遍可被接受用來做品質確認的測量。本研究使用對比解析板,藉由照相條件的改變,探討kVp與mAs對影像品質的影響,實驗結果顯示對比假體影像的IQF(image quality figure)值,大體上會隨著mAs的增加而變小。至於kVp的部分,在40kVp到60kVp之間且mAs較低時,IQF值則會隨著kVp的增加而變小,同時15%通例在此kVp範圍亦適用。

The optimum radiographic technique selection to produce a high quality image is a difficult task. The quality of a radiograph is not easy to define, a number of factors that are complexly interrelated affect radiographic quality, but there is no precise and universally accepted measures by which to judge high quality image have been identified. In this work, a contrast-detail phantom was used to study the image quality with different kVp and mAs. The results from this contrast-detail phantom study showed that between 40kVp to 60kVp, IQF (image quality figure) decrease with kVp and mAs, and 15% rule is workable in this kVp range.
