摘要


近代光學中如二極體雷射,基本上是源自於牛頓與惠更斯原理兩項概念,此意謂此種光源同時具備雙重特性,其中干涉現象為光波所展現出的特徵,另一光電效應現象為光粒子所呈現。本研究將探討自製二極體雷射的製程與其相關應用,同時亦將探討雷射二極體周遭溫度與其發射功率的關係,並建成模式以利後續研究。

The modem concept of light such as diode laser contains elements of both Newton's and Huygens' descriptions. Light is said to have a dual nature. Certain phenomena, such as interference, exhibit the wave character of light. Other phenomena, the photoelectric effect, for example, display the particle aspect of light. In this study, the process and its application of a self-built diode laser are discussed. In additional, the influence of laser diode circulating temperature to emitting power is interposed. And its transferring model is established for further research.
