手法治療腱鞘囊腫：一病例報告

摘要

這是一位24歲女性患者，2週前因勞損造成右手腕背面有一囊性腫塊，經診斷為腱鞘囊腫，並做復建治療2週。之後她來我們的中醫傷科門診，接受手法治療。施以熱敷，拔伸牽引、指壓按摩局部並用繃帶加壓包紮，且患者依醫囑居家保健，多休息，熱敷，戴護腕，經過3週後腫塊已消退。

This is a 24-years-old female, she suffered from a cystic tumour on the back of the right wrist caused by a overuse 2 weeks ago. A ganglion cyst was diagnosed and then she accepted a physical therapy for 2 weeks. Afterward she visited our OPD, department of Chinese Traumatology and accepted a manipulation treatment. She was served with a hot compress, a Chinese herbs steam bath, an extension, a traction, a local massage and a bandage compression wrap. She took our advice of a home care with a rest, a hot compress and a wristlet wearing. Three weeks later, the tumour was disappeared.
