摘要

息肉性膀胱炎大多是因長期放置尿道導尿管所引起，本文報告一例49歲女性患者其息肉性膀胱炎是因巨大膀胱結石及慢性刺激所引起。息肉性膀胱炎是一種可逆性之良性膀胱黏膜病變，然而無論在膀胱鏡或顯微鏡下之病理變化酷似膀胱癌，因此必須作病理切片檢查以便與膀胱癌作一正確之鑑別診斷。

Polypoid cystitis is associated most commonly with indwelling catheters, we report a case suffered from polypoid cystitis was the result of the chronic mechanical irritation from the giant vesical calculi.
Polypoid cystitis have proved to benign and majority of these polyps will spontaneous disappeared after removal of the catheter. The lesion is important as a different diagnosis to verical neoplasm both at the time of cystoscopy and pathological examination.
