摘要
輸尿管纖維上皮性息肉是種較少見的良性腫瘤。吾人收集到六位男性病人。年齡分佈由21歲到60歲(平均是37.5歲)。66.7%主訴為腰痛，同時以左側(佔83%)的上1/3輸尿管(占50%)為最好發位置。所有病人均接受手術治療，包括了局部輸尿管切除加吻合術，以及經尿道內視鏡切除法。外科醫生應了解這類疾病的可能存在，以避免做過大的手術。

Ureteral fibroepithelial polyp is a rather rare benign tumor. We present 6 male patients with ureteral polyps. They were 21-60 year-lod (mean 37.5). Most of them complained of dull flank pain (66.7%). Left side (83%) and upper third of ureter (50%) were the predominant site. All paitents underwent surgical treatments including segmental resection with end to end reanastomosis of ureter or ureteroscopic removal of the polyps. The surgeons should avoid radical surgry for this benign lesion.
