摘要

偽瘤在其他器官發生的機會並非少見，但是發生在睪丸白膜則是相當罕見。而至目前為止，其發生之病因仍不清楚。本院報告一例睪丸白膜纖維性偽瘤，因在側睪丸持續非疼痛性腫大六個月之久而來院求診。病患並無發炎、外傷或是手術之過去病史。患者經陰囊核磁共振掃描為一睪丸外多發結節性腫瘤後，接受左側單純睪丸切除術。病理診斷為睪丸白膜纖維性偽瘤。我們提出報告並且回顧文獻。

Fibrous pseudotumor is not uncommon in other sites of the body, but rarely occurs on the testicular tunica albuginea. The real etiology of fibrous pseudotumor remains uncertain till. We reported a case with a gradually progressed painless left testicular mass for more than six months without history of inflammation, infection, trauma or previous sugery over scrotal region. Left simple orchiectomy was performed after scrotal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) which revealed an extratesticular multinodular tumor mass. The pathological diagnosis was fibrous pseudotumor of testicular tunica albuginea. (J Urol R.O.C., 9:166-170,1988)
