摘要

腎臟良性纖維瘤是一很少見的疾病，本病例報告一位22歲女性病人，因腹部腫漲並摸到一腫瘤而住院接受檢查，最後証實為右側腎臟腫瘤。因術前無法判定腫瘤是否為良性，所以最後接受右側全腎廣泛性切除（radical nephrectomy），術後病人情況良好。病理報告為一良性纖維腫瘤。我們回顧過去之有關文獻，並整理以往的診斷及治療方法。我們發現此一腫瘤，難以於術前診斷。所以，以後對於任何懷疑的病例可以考慮在術中作冷凍切片（frozen biopsy），以避免作不必要的全腎切除。

We report a case of renal medullary fibroma in a 22-yr-old woman. Ultrasound, computed tomogram, and renal angiography investigations were used. Radical nephrectomy was performed. The pathology showed a huge renal fibroma. We review 9 previously reported cases. We suggest that intraoperative frozen biopsy must be done in some selected and suspicious cases to prevent unnecessary nephrectomy.
