摘要

頭頸部的纖維性組織細胞瘤除了少數發生於鼻竇外，其餘並不多見。至於發生於顏面神經者，回顧過去文獻尚未發表過。台南縣奇美（原逢甲）醫院在1992年11月經歷一顏面神經之良性纖維性組織細胞瘤之病例，腫瘤取出後並施予移植術修補顏面神經，惜顏面神經機能在手術後3個月後仍未見復原。因屬罕見病例，故將臨床症狀及有關之病理加以整理，提出討論。

In general, benign fibrous histiocy-toma is rarely found in the head and neck. There has been no such tumor of facial nerve origin in the English literature.
One case of benign fibrous histiocy-toma of the facial nerve was experienced in Chi Mei Foundation Hospital in Novem-ber 1992. After having removed the tumor, we performed grafting repair surgery 2 weeks later. The clinical and histological findings of this tumor are presented and discussed.
