摘要

混合瘤是大唾液腺中最常見的良性腫瘤，於小唾液腺中也很常見。雖然喉部含有很豐富的小唾液腺，但是喉部的混合瘤卻很罕見，至今僅有少數病例發表在國外文獻上。我們提出一例60歲病人的會厭混合瘤，以二氧化碳鐳射將腫瘤切除，術後無任何功能障礙。

Mixed tumor is the most common benign tumor of the major salivary glands, and is also commonly found in minor salivary glands. Despite the abundance of minor salivary glands within the larynx, mixed tumors are rarely found there. A small number of cases have been reported in the literature. We report a case of mixed tumor of the epiglottis in a 60-year-old patient. Resection of the tumor was accomplished by using the CO2-laser. There was no functional impairment postoperatively.
