摘要

喉部的類澱粉沉積症並不多見，且多屬局限在喉部，少見其他全身器官之侵犯。在形態上，喉部的類澱粉沉積症可以是界限分明的澱粉樣腫瘤，也可以呈瀰漫性地浸潤在喉部。本文對於此二種形態的喉部類澱粉沉積症，各提出1例報告。由於確定診斷有賴較特別的病理染色，且術後容易復發，特提出報告，以供參考。

Laryngeal amyloidosis is a rare disease. It is a condition characterized by the extracellular deposition of homogeneous, eosinophilic, proteinaceous material in the form of fibrils. The disease is usually primary but may be associated with a generalized systemic amyloidosis. Two types of laryngeal amyloidosis were described in this paper: diffuse subepithelial deposition and discrete tumor nodules. Diagnosis is made by congo red stain of the biopsy material. With a minimal excision technique, the disease can be excised without sacrificing the airway or the voice.
