摘要

脂肪瘤（lipoma）是一種常見於人體軀幹且緩慢生長之良性腫瘤，發生於口腔內則不常見且大小通常小於2cm，而發生於口腔底部之脂肪瘤更是少見。本院近兩年中經歷2例罕見的型口腔脂肪瘤病例，部分口腔底及頰黏膜；經手術切除和病理檢驗證實。由於長徑超過5cm之大型口腔脂肪瘤有文獻記載，特提出報告，並針對手術時機和適應病提出我們的看法。

Lipoma is a slow-growing, benign tumor of the fatty tissue that is commonly found in the subcutaneous tissue of the trunk, but rarely in the oral cavity. In the previously reported cases, the sizes of oral cavity lipomas were usually less than 2 cm nad rarely larger than 5 cm.
In recent two years, we encountered two cases of large oral cavity lipoma. One was at the mouth floor, the other at the left bucca. Both patients received surgical treatments. There have been no recurrence till now. In this report, we discuss the symptoms of large oral lipomas and the indications of surgical intervention for these particular cases.
