有關「閻瑞生謀殺王蓮英案」俗曲研究

清末民初年的上海，已是中國對外交通最重要的港埠都市，也是傳統價值觀與時新觀念衝突、融合的場域。而原本流傳於茶樓酒館等娛樂場所，善詠風花雪月等男女情思之事的俗曲(或稱小曲、時調)，則吸收許多上海社會新聞案件為時新題材。若從現存的曲本看來，有關「閻瑞生案」的俗曲種類、篇數，乃至應用的曲調皆為可觀，且曲辭或敘述案情，或據以慨歎，或推為勸世之用，其流行的作用，可謂豐富多樣。因此，本文將以中研院傅斯年圖書館所藏的曲本為主要研究材料，參酌其他相關採錄的資料，除了明辨「閻瑞生案」俗曲之取材來源與流行的背景，並透過曲本的標題附記等線索，再加以曲詞分析與比較，探討俗曲演唱此案的表現技巧(包括演唱類型、應用曲調、設事與描述)，以及其流行於大眾的意義。

In the first period of 20 century, Shanghai is the Chinese external communication most important harbor terminal metropolis, is also the traditional values and the stylish idea conflict, the fusion field territory. Many popular tunes which chant love affair and spread originally in recreation areas change their subject matter. The social news became the modern theme. The murder case ＂Yen Ruey Sheng＂ in 1920 was the most popular theme. These lyrics or narration case, either according to sighs with regret, either pushes to urge the benevolent action, its popular function, is it may be said that bountiful. This research basis the collected song books in Academia Sinica (Taipei). The paper will display the exploration selection origin and the popular background, and penetrate song book clues on title note, Analysis lyrics content, discusses the performance skill (including to sing type, application melody), as well as it is popular in populace's significance.
