雷達ARPA訓練評核課程之評論
Evaluate the Radar(ARPA) Training & Assessment Course
摘要
本校乃我國在南台灣重要且唯一之商船船員訓練中心，在雷達ARPA訓練評核課程，包含有：操作級雷達ARPA訓練、操作級雷達ARPA評核、管理級雷達ARPA訓練、管理級雷達ARPA評核等四種班別。不論訓練或評核之班別，皆遵循IMO STCW'95推薦之典型課程，並依其能力評核之要求，對學員之知識與技能給予適當之評核後，發給訓練完成及能力符合證書。 本研究乃先前研究「雷達ARPA航行技術」以及「雷達ARPA航海新技能之應用」的延續，前二者對於雷達ARPA航行訓練與隨後之評核，提供實際教學與測試之內容與根據；本文之重點在依據 STCW'95雷達(ARPA)訓練發證要求，受訓者經訓練並評核後，探討其能力提昇之狀況以及本中心雷達訓練課程之效果。 研究結果指出：1. 受訓者對基本雷達之使用有甚大的差異性。2. 肯定船訓之效果與必要，受訓者再上船後對訓練教授之雷達ARPA航海新技能的反應尚佳。3. 提出雷達ARPA航海技術訓練評核之改進。

NKIMT is the only and most important Seafarers’ Training Center at south Taiwan. There are four training courses about radar(ARPA) training: operational radar(ARPA) training, operational radar(ARPA) assessment, management radar(ARPA) training, management radar(ARPA) assessment. All of those courses comply with IMO STCW’95 model course and the competence requirement. This study is the extended of the two previous studies, radar(ARPA) navigational technical and application of new radar(ARPA) technical. These two previous studies contribute the content & base for teaching and examination. The objectives of this study are the upgrade of seafarers and the efficiency of the training course. The results are: 1.The basic radar using among individual trainee are vary. 2.The necessary and the efficiency of the radar(ARPA) training are doubtless. The reactivity from trainees onboard which apply new radar(ARPA) technical to navigate is well. 3.Provide improvements of radar(ARPA) navigational technical training and assessment course.
