功率超音波驅動電路模組應用於超音波霧化器

Power ultrasonic driving circuit model applying to ultrasonic atomizer

摘要


本文將開發一個功率超音波驅動電路模組。此驅動模組可在輸出大功率的條件下,以幾百千赫茲到數百萬赫茲的驅動信號驅動,擁有高機電的轉換效率,並可以長時間穩定的高效能作動。由於超音波霧化技術於工程與醫療方面的應用越來越廣泛與重要。故本文將會將此模組化的電路設計應用在超音波霧化器系統之上,此霧化器的霧滴帄均顆粒大小為5μm左右,霧化的速率可由系統的可調式電壓控制。此霧化器的驅動電路為頻率1.85MHz的方波電壓,輸出電壓的振幅為30V-150V,額定最大輸出功率為30W。並以此霧化器討論霧化的現象,其中包括驅動電壓與霧化速率的關係,霧化的最佳液面高度,以及霧滴的粒徑分布。

The purpose of this study is going to design a high power ultrasonic driving circuit model. This circuit model can drive from hundreds of thousands to several millions hertz on the high power condition, and it has high conversion efficiency between mechanical terminals and electrical ones. On account of the application of ultrasonic atomization in engineering and in medicine is more general and more important, we are going to apply the circuit model to the ultrasonic atomization system. The size of droplet diameter of this ultrasonic atomization is around 5μm in average, and the atomization velocity can be controlled by the tunable voltage. Besides, the driving signal of this atomizer is the continuous square wave, its voltage amplitude can adjust from 30V to 150V, and the frequency is 1.85MHz. The max rated output power is 30W. With this atomizer, we discuss the atomization, the relationship between driving voltage and the frequency of atomization, and the distribution of atomized droplet size.
