本研究主要目的乃以探討平板與箱型冷氣機台之結構振動頻率與模態振型以及噪音分析,結合ANSYS有限元素分析法及頻譜量測實驗分析法進行平板與箱型冷氣機台模型之頻率及振型驗證,使用模態實驗分析方法,運用激振器(shaker)固定在一激振點上,將平板與箱型冷氣機主結構適當位置點上安裝加速規與Photon-Π頻譜分析儀連結收取各點頻率之數值,並且輸出頻率響應函數實驗資料至ME’scopeVES 從事模態分析工作,擷取出前六個自然模態數值與模態振型。量測箱型冷氣機運轉作業時產生之噪音,將所得到的聲音線性頻譜進行分析,同時亦轉換為1/3 八音頻帶模擬人耳聽覺之感受,再以模態分析軟體ME’scopeVES 從事後處理分析,了解對環境的影響程度,將有助於製造參數設計之選擇。說明了有限元素分析法與實驗分析法能作為機械系統之電腦輔助工程分析之運用。
