基於硬軌接觸面參數的工具機動態結構特性分析

Based on Hard Rail Contact Surface Parameters of Machines Tools Dynamic Structural Characteristics Analysis

摘要


本文基於動態的硬軌接觸面參數為基礎,透過ANSYS有限元素分析軟體建立起硬軌機台的有限元素模型,將其用於機台的動態特性分析,並應用RecurDyn機構分析軟體,將底座及立柱等鑄件做為撓性體,進行剛柔分析,分析機台加工時鑄件移動所產生的接觸應力,而硬軌接觸面是硬軌機台整機系統中最重要的接觸面之一,由於硬軌是採取鑄件直接接觸,其摩擦係數較大,產生的熱變位大,用於重切銷用途,又因具有滑動特性,對整機特性影響較大。為了簡化模型,故本文將以C型機的五大鑄件作為分析的主體,將其分成立柱&主軸頭;底座&鞍座&工作台,兩個部分進行分析說明,在不同軸向受到重力及鑄件移動時產生的慣性振動的影響,研究硬軌接觸面的解析方法對設計前期階段機台接觸面參數的確定具有重要的意義。

This article is based on the dynamic hard-rail contact surface parameters, through the ANSYS finite element analysis software to establish a finite element model of the hard track machine for machine dynamic characteristics, and applied to RecurDyn analysis of institutional software, use the base of the machine tool and the column and the casting so on and so forth as a flexible body, Conduct Rigid/Flexible Analysis, Analysis of contact stress by machine processing of castings mobile ,and the most important one of the contact surface in the whole system of the machine forhard-rail contact surface is a hard track, owing to the hard track is to take castings direct contact, and whose friction coefficient is most biggest, lead to the thermal deformation become bigger, use to the feed volume, and because has a sliding characteristics for A greater impact on machine characteristics, for the simplified model, in this regards, we use five castings of the C-type machine as the main body of theanalysis, and divided into column and spindle head ; Base and saddle and table, , two parts of the analysis shows, when the gravity and casting move , the impact of the inertial in different axis. Research the hard rail contact surface analysis methods for contact with the surface parameters of the design for the Early stage of the machine has important Significance.
