摘要


隨著車輛科技產業的蓬勃發展,人們對於行車安全的重視程度與日遞增,其煞車系統直接關係著駕駛人員的生命安全,備用煞車系統的相關研究亦相對提高其重要性,因此本文利用煞車系統作動狀態設計一模擬備用煞車測試平台,並利用此平台進行相關煞車實驗。本研究目的在探討備用煞車模擬測試平台建立與備用煞車系統作動之響應及煞車性能測試,再根據平台架構,利用LabVIEW圖控式軟體,設計一套動態即時監控介面,並利用LabVIEW圖控式軟體,以驗證模擬實驗測試系統參數結果之正確性。本文依據安裝於煞車試驗平台上之煞車總泵踏板的踩踏速率不同,模擬汽車在道路上緊急煞車條件做測試並模擬重踩煞車踏板時造成煞車油管破裂,煞車失效之際,執行煞車備用系統之作動。此備用煞車系統經程式監控後,其作動響應能即時跟隨煞車油壓變化而呈現作動,且獲得之顯示數值,驗證本研究設計之平台能符合備用煞車系統實驗之所需條件。
