Dynamic Instability of Functionally Graded Plates in Thermal Environments

功能性平板在受熱環境下之動態特性

本文探討受熱環境之功能性材料三層板的動態穩定性,所研究的三層板中心為金屬,上下層為功能性材料,功能性材料層的性質沿著厚度方向,成分體積以指數方式變化,研究顯示動態穩定性深受體積分率、靜態與動態負載影響。

In this study, the dynamic stability of functionally graded material (FGM) sandwich plate in thermal environment is studied. The sandwich plate has FGM face sheets and homogeneous metal core like a three-layered laminate plate. The properties of FGM layer are assumed to vary continuously across the plate thickness according to a simple power law of volume fractions of constituents. It is found that the dynamic stability are sensitive to the temperature rise, the volume fraction index, static and dynamic load level on the sandwich functionally graded plates (FGPs).
