本研究應用主動噪音控制(Active Noise Control, ANC)技術建立於農用斗笠上以消除施肥機的引擎噪音。傳統的主動噪音控制系統是利用誤差信號進行更新系統,以誤差麥克風為中心產生安靜區域,但實際上無法於人的內耳放置麥克風,因此本研究使用虛擬感測技術(Virtual Sensing Technology),將安靜區域轉移至人的內耳,讓使用者感受到最佳的降噪效果。實驗分別使用混合式結構的ANC系統與混合式結構結合虛擬感測技術的ANC系統進行分析與比較,實驗結果驗證混合式結構結合虛擬感測技術的ANC系統具有較佳的降噪效果,可降低10.3dBA。
This research applies active noise control (ANC) with virtual sensing technology to reduce noise of fertilizer spreader. Conventional ANC system created quiet zone around error microphone. For some consumer products, it is necessary to produce quiet zone at human's ear. Therefore, this project uses virtual sensing technology to transfer the quiet zone from the center of the error microphone to human inner ear. Experiments analyze and compare the hybrid ANC system with and without virtual sensing technology. The virtual sensing ANC system has better noise reduction at ear location to reduce fertilizer machine noise 10.3 dBA.
