都市型工業區立體化科技廠辦大樓低微振低噪音建築規劃設計法

Preliminary Design of Low Noise and Micro-Vibration of High-Rise Buildings for the Urban Reform

摘要


在都會地區解決工業區土地不足的問題,國內許多都會以提倡「都市型工業區更新立體化發展方案」作為因應對策。但在立體化高科技廠房中,一些對振動要求非常嚴格的精密機具,必須特別重視樓板的微振動防振等級要求,譬如無塵室內一些機台的微振等級要求,已由以往的Gordon準則VC-D標準提升到VC-E甚至更高的標準。科技廠房立體化與高樓層化以後,建築物內的強制通風、空調設備或供氣設備等因運轉而產生的振動,會透過牆面及樑柱而傳遞至各樓層的樓板,只要樓板的微振動超標,即會使精密機具的產品良率大幅降低。為預防新設高樓層的廠辦大樓的樓板微振超標問題,本文利用FEM/EMA整合技術,以建立出一套高科技廠房內勞工作業區的聲環境控制品質,與設備基座微振動的減振初步設計分析法,以供未來的應用參考。

In the metropolitan area to solve the problem of insufficient land in the industrial zone, many domestic companies will promote the "three-dimensional development plan for urban industrial zone renewal" as a countermeasure. However, in the three-dimensional high-tech factory, some precision machines with strict requirements on vibration must pay special attention to the micro-vibration and anti-vibration level requirements of the floor. For example, the micro-vibration level requirements of some machines in the clean room have been determined by the previous Gordon Code VC- The D standard has been upgraded to VC-E and even higher standards. After the three-dimensional and high-floor construction of the technology factory, the vibration generated by the forced ventilation, air-conditioning equipment or gas supply equipment in the building will be transmitted to the floors of each floor through the wall and beams, as long as the floor is small. If the vibration exceeds the standard, the product yield of the precision machine will be greatly reduced. In order to prevent the problem of super-vibration of the floor of the newly-built high-rise factory building, this paper uses FEM/EMA integration technology to establish the sound environment quality of the labor operation area in the high-tech factory and the preliminary design of the vibration reduction of the equipment base micro-vibration.
