摘要

有許多種方法用來處理隆乳手術後所引起的夾膜攣縮，其中以全部夾膜切除術最為徹底。然而，因為傳統的全部夾膜切除術不易操作而且又容易引起流血，所以整形外科醫師大多寧可採用其它較簡單的方法，來取代較徹底的全部夾膜切除術。我們發現一個簡單又快的方法將整個完整的夾膜和它所包含的義乳與周圍組織分開，再一起取出來，就像我們在切除囊胞時一樣。
我們報告三個接受這種全部夾膜切除術的病例，並描述手術方法和適用的情況。並且與其它方法作一個簡短的比較。

There are several methods in management of capsular contracture after augmentation mammaplasty. Among these, total capsulectomy is the most thorough procedure. However, conventional total capsulectomy is difficult to do and may easily cause bleeding so that plastic surgeons would rather try other easy methods in substitution for total capsulectomy. We found a simple and quick method to dissect and remove the intact capsule with the prosthesis inside as excison of a cyst. Three cases receiving this method were presented and the technique was described. Brief comparison with other methods and the situation for applying this simple method was discussed.
