合成性生物敷料Biobrane之粘黏性動物實驗

摘要


早期利用自體皮膚移植覆蓋是治療傷口的重要方法之一,也是治療的最終目的。也唯有如此才能減少傷口體液,熱能的流失,細菌感染及疼痛。在治療大面積深度灼傷的病人時,由於自體植皮供皮區有限,因此必須借重生物敷料使傷口暫蓋,或利用自體皮膚培養來關閉傷口。在國內,同種異體人皮來源有限且易産生排斥現象。羊膜及異種豬皮無法作傷口的長期敷蓋。合成性生物敷料Biobrane的延展性,柔軟性,非抗原性與無毒無菌性均良好,其內層的膠原質(Collagen)與傷口間良好的粘黏性(Adherence)可以完全關閉傷口的死腔,其外層的矽及尼龍結構使其具備了良好的隔絕性,可以減少感染及體液,熱能的損失。我們的動物研究發現;Biobrane與傷口間可形成207與218gm/平方公分的粘黏力並持續達三週之久,是目前國內理想的合成性生物敷料。

Many biological and biosynthetic materials are widely applied to cover extensive wounds. Not only protect the wound from microbials invasion, prevention of fluid, electrolytes, protein and energy loss, control of wound pain, these materials also provide enough time for the repeated harvest the same autogenous skin graft donor site. Biobrane has pig skin collagen to made its dermis layer and a sheet of nylon and silicon as its epidermis. In our animal study, the dermis of biobrane may tightly adhere to a created backwound of the mouse with a bonding power about 207gm/cm^2 at least of three weeks. At this period of time, there was no obvious inflammatory process or infection underneath or beyond the dressing materials. Their durability can creat a proper pressure on the bleeding wound and the silicon-nylon epidermis provide a good wound isolation from the enviroment. We approved biobrane a good biosynthetic dressing material for a temporary wound coverage.
