Cutaneous angiosarcoma is an infrequent but aggressive, malignant neoplasm involving the skin of the face and scalp. This disease predominantly occurs in the eldly. Due to the lack of clinical awareness and problems with histologic assessment, delays in diagnosis and treatment is frequent. We had experenced two cases of cutaneous angiosarcoma in the face and scalp; both of them were treated with surgical wide excision and reconstruction with flap or skin graft. The treatment included radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Still the patients had local recurrance and lung metastasis and expired in 10 months and 18 months. Clinical courses and treatment were reviewed again and compared with the literature.
