摘要

眼瞼板上緣為各種雙眼皮固定技術之重要位置。然而，文獻上對眼瞼板寬度以及雙眼皮高度的記載，多出於作者經驗描述，且差異頗大。
本論文回溯研究資深作者於1996年一月至1997年十月間施行之雙眼皮手術記錄，計分析165例術中測量之眼瞼板寬度。病人年齡分布為14至41歲。眼瞼板寬度平均為7.61±0.50mm，最小6.4mm最大9.0mm。似乎與身高無關。另外與文獻上之眼瞼板資料與病人希望之雙眼皮高度比較討論。

The upper margin of tarsal plate is an important landmark for all fixation methods of fold creation in oriental blepharoplasty. However, in the literature, the vertical width of the tarsus and the height of the crease have been described in wide variety according to personal experience.
We reviewed retrospectively operation notes of oriental blepharoplasty performed by the senior author from Jan. 1996 to Oct. 1997. 165 tarsal widths measured intraoperatively were analyzed. The age of patients ranges from 14 to 49. The mean of tarsal width is 7.61±0.50 mm, ranging from 6.4 mm to 9.0 mm. The literature review on tarsal width and desired upper eyelid crease will be discussed.
