浸潤型血管脂肪瘤：一病例報告
摘要
浸潤型血管脂肪瘤為一種罕見的良性，但具有局部浸潤性的軟組織腫瘤。這種局部浸潤的特性，使得它在臨床病理的認定上，和適當的治療顯得格外重要。這種病人，其平均診斷的年紀大多在三十歲之下。好發的部位則為上軀幹和下肢。處理上則可以用大範圍的切除。臨床上不易與肌肉內血管畸形做鑑別診斷。我們在此報告一位有此種罕見良性腫瘤的年輕女性，並且回故其病史、影象學研究、組織病理、以及治療方法。

Infiltrating angioliponia is a rare benign, soft-tissue tumor that is locally aggressive, which makes its clinicopathologic recognition and appropriate therapy important. The age of the patient at the time of initial diagnosis is usually below 30 years old. The preferred locations are the upper trunk and lower extremities. Management usually can be achieved by wide local excision. Clinicaly it is not easy to make a differential diagnosis with intramuscular vascular malformation. We report a young female patient and review the history, the imaging study, the histopatbology and the treatment.
