在探討病患因手外傷或類風濕性關節炎後手功能的恢復,最常使用的就是關節主動活動度的測量。但臨床上並沒有關於手指關節活動度的正常值可供參考。本篇研究的目的在測量年輕人關節活動度的正常值以作為手外傷後手功能恢復的參考值。另外我門也研究腕關節在不同位置時影響手指關節活動度的程度,及不同的手指關節活動度是否會有差異。 我們共收集了二十六位年輕大學生,年齡分佈從十八至二十四歲。這些受試者的雙手並未受過外傷或罹患會影響手功能的系統性疾病。得到的結果發現平均的主動關節活動度如下,掌指關節為:食指為-1°~88°,中指為-1°~91° ,無名指為-1°~89°,小指為-1°~88°。近位指間關節活動度食指為-3°~108°,中指為-5°~106°,無名指為-5°~106°,小指為-3°~100°。遠位指間關節活動度食指為-2°~65°,中指為-2°~ 76°,無名指為-1°~71°,小指為-3°~74°。 而總關節活動度食指為268°,中指為280°,無名指為274°,小指為268°。至於受手腕位置對手指活動度的影響,我們得到左手的食指,小指及右手四指的總角度明顯比手腕在上翹及正中往置所得到的角度為小。至於左右手活動度的差異,我們得到左手各手指的活動度均比右手為大,但並沒有統計學上有意義的差異。
The active range of motion (AROM) of each finger joints is a useful tool for assessing finger performance. The normal AROM has been listed for reference without differentiation between different fingers and has never been evaluated in Chinese. This study was conducted to evaluate the normal AROM of each finger joints in young Chinese adults. Twenty-six young volunteers with no congenital anomalies or scars cuaed by previous injury were enrolled in this study (18 to 26 years old). The results show that the AROM of the MP joint of the index, long, ring, and little fingers are -1°~91°, -1°~89° and -1°~88°, respectively. That of PIP joints are -3°~108°, -5°~106°, -5°~106° and -3°~l00°, respectively. And that of DIP joints are -3°~65 °, -2°~76°, -l°~7I° and -3°~74 °, respectively. The total active motion for index, long, ring, and little fingers are 268°, 280°, 274° and 268°, respectively. According to these results, there are significant differences of AROM and total active motion between the individual fingers. The AROM of finger joints is also significantly affected by different positions of wrist. When the wrist was put in flexion position the AROM of finger joints decreased significantly. Although there are better AROM of finger joints for the non-dominant hand, the difference is statistically insignificant.
