低能量雷射對單純疱疹病毒臨床治療

Clinical Therapy of Low-Level Laser Irradiation on Herpes Simplex Viruses

摘要


單純疱疹是由單純疱疹病毒引發的一種常見疾病,在口腔、生殖等部位的發病率很高。目前尚無根治單純疱疹病毒的方法,也沒有任何抗病毒的藥物直接到病毒窩藏的神經節將它殲滅。研究和探索一種物理方法,來達到提高肌體免疫力,抗感染力,從而抑制其病毒的發作,具有重大的醫學價值。本研究在分析雷射、弱雷射的生物學作用的基礎上,結合單純疱疹病毒的生物學特徵。首先採用不同種類的雷射、不同劑量、照射時問對疱疹病毒進行實驗研究,得到了在雷射的照射下疱疹病毒感染力價下降的重要資料。本文再將實驗的結果,應用於臨床研究。通過大量的臨床應用研究。同樣得到一些有價值資料,也進一步說明了實驗階段的意義。本文通過總結臨床應用和實驗研究的基礎上,得到用低能量雷射來治療疱疹病毒引起的口腔疾病等,是一種值得建議的輔助方法。

The familiar disease of herpes digitalis is caused by the herpes simplex virus. The incidence of this disease at the parts of nonnasality, genitalia is usually high. There is not any technique to affect a radical cure at present. Moreover no any antiviral medicine can get directly to the ganglion which the virus shelter and annihilate the virus. A kind of physical technique for enhancing the organism immunity and anti-infection ability and controlling the outbreak of this virus was studied. On the base of the biological effect of low energy laser, combining the biological characteristic of herpes digitalis, the experiments of different energy laser and irradiation time treating to different kinds of herpes digitalis were studied. The important data of the decrease of the infectivity were obtained. In view of the experimental results, the technique was adopted in the clinical research. According to the application of clinic a number of valuable data were educed. The results also illuminate the significance in experiment process. In this study, we reported the application of clinic and the applied study. It is also demonstrated that the technique used to treat the disease caused by herpes digitalis is a kind of recommendable assistant method.
