隨著環境保育與地球永續的觀念在各國間之高漲,追求永續及生態的議題,亦在建築領域中迅速發展。因此,標章制度提供了整個建築物環境性能表現的評估方式,並透過建築物在初步設計規劃時,可提高建築物性能表現,減少稀有資源的使用量與空氣污染物,以減少的建造成本,達到要求較高的建築物品質與性能。然而,永續建築評估系統及標章制度,大部分皆起源與操作分佈於歐美地區,若以地球整體環境來看,這些國家地區都在溫、寒帶地區,例如:英國BREEAM、美國LEED,及在國際會議中研究操作之GBTool。 為能落實台灣營建產業永續性與國際化,本研究將以國際會議中研究操作之GBTool做為研究對象;又評估工具會因地域環境不同,其所對應之技術與標準也有所調整,故在考量「因地制宜」及台灣地理氣候、社會與經濟條件之下,進行台灣地區相關永續建築之產、官、學領域專家問春調查,藉以瞭解國際間永續建築評估系統之發展趨向及各領域專家對GBTool在地化應用之看法,期能提供為國內相關永續研究之參考。 透故本研究之調查結果得知,國內外相關永續建築領域專家最為重視「能源與資源消耗」、「環境負荷」、「室內環境品質」評估指標群之發展。
The importance of environmental protection and global sustainability has raised attention, and recently, these issues have become topics affecting building. Labeling systems provide an evaluation tool for building performance and quality, and reduce the energy use, environmental pollution, waste, construction costs, etc. during a building's design phase. However, most of the sustainable building assessment tools and labeling systems, such as BREEAM in the UK, LEED in the US, and GBToo1 introduced in an international conference, have been developed in the Temperate Zone or the Frigid Zone. In order to implement the sustainability and internationalization of Taiwan's industries, this study employs foreign evaluation tools on sustainable architecture for analysis; it applies GBTool to actual domestic architectural cases. This research is anticipated to help us understand the developmental trends of the evaluation systems on sustainable architecture internationally and the adaptation of local operations in Taiwan, and to exploit these models as a reference for relevant domestic sustainability research. The results of the survey administered to experts in industry, government, and academic departments show that both the experts in relevant sustainable architecture fields and users of the GBToo1 evaluation system value the development of the index group comprising ”energy and resource consumption,” ”environmental load,” and ”indoor environment quality.”
