摘要

壓縮機為空調設備的核心，於所有的壓縮機種類中，磁浮離心式壓縮機擁有無油化、使用壽命長、噪音低及高能源效率。因此，磁浮離心式壓縮機於空調設備的應用為未來空調產業發展的趨勢。然而，磁浮離心機技術都被國外廠商所掌控，為了建立台灣磁浮離心機的技術，工研院開發出國內首部90RT磁浮離心式壓縮機。本文針對90RT磁浮離心機的設計與組裝進行簡介，並將其裝配於冰水機進行性能測試，最後將測試結果與現有的壓縮機產品之性能比較，發現工研院自製壓縮機於高負載時，效率高於現有的壓縮機。因此，工研院所生產的磁浮離心式壓縮機更符合台灣位於亞熱帶氣候之高負載特性。

AMB (Active magnetic bearing) centrifugal compressor has been playing the key role in high end air-conditioning system. It owns the characteristics of oil-free, long life and high energy efficiency benefit. Therefore, it is the trend of the HVAC industry in the future. However, the high speed and high capacity AMB techniques are dominated by few foreign companies. In order to establish these techniques in Taiwan, Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) has developed 90RT AMB centrifugal compressor. This paper introduces the design and assembly work of the compressor, and the performance verification on chiller system. The test results have been compared with the commercial AMB compressor in the market. The efficiency of ITRI compressor was higher than the commercial one while high loading. In term of this feature, it is more suitable for Taiwan and the countries which are in the subtropical climate area.
