摘要

世界各國普遍已將空調機及熱泵納入能源效率管制的項目，各國測試標準與能效基準的調和，已成為國際組織熱烈研討的議題，並將影響國際標準的修訂。本文針對國際間空調機發展較完備的地區，進行測試方法收集、彙整與分析，以釐清國內測試規範與國際間的相容程度，並比較各國的差異，以評估未來面對空調機國際市場自由化競爭，測試規範調整的方向，並提供政府能源效率管理之參考。

Air conditioners (AC) and heat pumps are preferred items for the energy efficiency (EE) regulations in the world. Hence, harmonization of test standards and EE benchmarks has been the subject of heated discussions of international organizations, and then impacts the international standard revision. In this paper, the test methods of AC in some economies with large market were collected, aggregated and analyzed to clarify the compatibility for our standards with the international ones. Furthermore, compare the differences among countries in order to assess the future step to face the competition in the international AC market liberalization, adjust the direction of test specifications and provide the government with reference to EE management.
