VRF一對四異能力變頻空調機控制器開發

Develop Controller of VRF Air Conditioners with 4 Different Capacity Units

摘要


變冷媒流量空調機(Variable Refrigerant Flow,VRF),是一種應用於較大坪數住宅或中小型商用建築的中央空調系統。本研究即針對一對四異能力變冷媒流量空調機,採用P I 控制法則,輸入為蒸發溫度、過熱度與室內溫度,輸出為壓縮機轉速與電子膨脹閥開口度,藉以控制空調機之冷媒流量分配,滿足各個房間的溫度設定需求。控制策略實際寫入室外機和分配器控制板內的8位元(8 bits)微控器,輸入為室內機的訊息及循環系統各溫度點經A/D(Analog To Digital)轉換後的溫度值,輸出為變頻壓縮機轉速、電子膨脹閥開口度及室外風扇轉速。室外機總能力14.4KW,四台室內機能力分別為4.5k W、3.6k W、2.5kW 及3.6kW,房間單間負載為1000W,室外溫度為31℃~34℃,室內溫度量測採用室內機本身之熱敏電阻(Thermisitor),熱敏電阻單格精度為0.5℃。透過室內機的遙控器執行包含溫度切換及開關切換等動作的測試條件,結果顯示,其中多間房間有溫度切換或停機關閉時,其它房間的溫度不會因此而受到大擾動,影響房間的舒適度,其穩態室內溫度誤差均可控制於1℃以內。

VRF(Variable refrigerant volume)air conditioning is used in large residential area or small commercial building as central air conditioning system. In this study, use 4 different capacity indoor units that are 4.5kW、3.6kW、2.5kW and 3.6kW. Use PI control algorithm, the input is the evaporation temperature, superheat and room temperature, the output is the compressor speed and the opening of expansion valves, control refrigerant flow distribution capability to meet the temperature setting of each room. Control strategy is programmed to 8 bits microprocessors embedded in the outdoor and the distributor control board, the input signals include the indoor units and the refrigerant cycle system temperature via analog to digital conversion, the output signals control inverter compressor speed, expansion valve opening and the outdoor fan speed. Outdoor equipment unit capacity 14.4KW, each single room heat load is 1000W, the outside environment temperature between 31℃~ 34℃, the room temperature measurement using the thermal resistance (thermisitor) inside the indoor unit itself, thermistor accuracy is 0.5℃. Through the infrared remote controller to control each indoor unit includes switching temperature setting and turned off, The experiments indicate that switching room temperature setting or turned off, the temperature of the other rooms will not be subjected to large disturbances, affecting room comfort, and its steady-state error can be controlled at room temperature 1℃.
