摘要

無油渦卷式空氣壓縮機，因應環保議題而在壓縮過程中不使用潤滑油，不僅能夠消除因油引發的污染風險，同時還能避免由此帶來的額外成本問題。本計畫將從壓縮理論研究到壓縮機之設計、製造及測試驗證，建立完整的產品設計審查輸入輸出，使新產品可順利進入商業生產；最後新產品可應用於車用、食品、醫療、石化等商用壓縮機系統，而由於壓縮過程無油且渦卷效率較高，可達到環保與節能雙重效益。因此進行無油渦卷式空氣壓縮機的研究。
