本案工程主要是為考量保全對象之生命財產安全,並兼顧生態環境之保育與維護而施作,經評估後擬定該地區整體治理計畫,而整治工作目的包含防止河岸侵蝕、邊坡崩坍、保護週邊生態環境及鄰近村落與公路之安全。規劃設計初步階段以考量採用何種工法方能達到兼顧生態化整治與防災安全境界的理念,細部設計前先瞭解該溪流之地形、水文、底質及周邊動、植物環境特性,以便整合相關資訊研討出治理工法與採用材料。治理工法橫向設計複式型鋼格網配合空心鋼筋混凝土箱組合而成之護岸,覆土後形成柔性無混凝土護岸,提供自然演替環境,並採用本土植物作為植生材料,形成綠色護岸,發揮綠景觀效果;治理工法縱向設計考量基礎安全及生物棲息,採用空心鋼筋混凝土箱回填溪床料基礎及型鋼框填塊石透水性帶工,創造多孔隙河道有助生物避難並防止縱向沖刷。溪流於轉彎處採用河床超高加寬設計,減緩凹岸衝擊力。利用河岸周邊空地規劃為田園生態教育區及遊憩區,以促進東海岸生態觀光發展。羊橋溪示範工程以生態化整治之理念規劃設計,整治完成後對生態環境成效探討優、缺點,以利相關機關推動野溪集水區治山防災工作之參考。
The control works pay attention to people property and life safety, and protecting ecological environment in this research. After investigation, we design the watershed management project about preventing river-walls erosion, slope land failure, and protecting the safety of surrounding ecological spheres, villages and roads. The management must be considered what kind of methods are in concern of ecology and prevention object. First, we collect and integrate the characteristics of river hydrology, channel bed materials, and surrounding ecological environment factors after discussing and analysis, design multi-iron net with pre-reinforced concrete box construction assemble on riverbank in cross section. After filling soil, the river bank will become flexible without concrete to provide natural ecology succession. Besides, we use local plants for vegetation materials to amplify the effect of green landscape. Based on safety and biological habitat, we use empty reinforced concrete box fill with stream’s pebble, combine with H steel type, became an infiltrate band work in vertical session to create porous channel to help biology and prevent from vertical erosion. Yang-Chiao demonstrates River the project idea of plan design by the eco-technology. After renovates completes to the ecological environment result discussion good and bad points, impels river stream the ecological engineering control in order to help the male department to renovate the case reference for watershed management and disaster prevention.
